ACCESSIBILITY

The Hyde Park Jazz Festival aspires to create an inviting and accessible environment for anyone wishing to learn about and attend the annual Festival. The information below is intended to be a guide. Please reach out to us directly at info@hydeparkjazzfestival.org if you have additional questions or accommodation needs.

Accessibility & Festival Venues

All venues are ADA-accessible. You can find specific information for each venue on the Venues pages. This information is also available on the downloadable Hyde Park Jazz Festival program.

If you wish to attend the Smart Museum outdoor concerts and have ADA accessibility needs, please feel free to reach out to us in advance at info@hydeparkjazzfestival.org or speak to a volunteer or staff member when you arrive. Volunteers wear clearly marked t-shirts and staff managers wear a STAFF lanyard.

If you have any questions or special needs at any of the other venues, please look for a volunteer, venue, or festival staff for assistance.

Accessibility & Festival Website & Print Materials

Our website includes image descriptions whenever possible for screen readers. Our Festival program is downloadable and printable and can be enlarged. The program is also available in a phone version using a QR code posted around the Festival grounds and on the printed schedule available at every venue.

All emcee scripts are available in a printed version. Please contact us at info@hydeparkjazzfestival.org for copies.

Accessibility & Festival Buses

The free Festival buses traveling between venues throughout the day/evening on Saturday of the Festival are ADA accessible. Please see the Festival map on the program for bus stops.
